Velros — The Self-Sovereign Agent Network

Big Tech's AI, built on your data, belongs to Big Tech. On Velros, your life becomes context you own, an agent acts and earns on your behalf, and the value your data creates flows back to you.

1. The problem

The agent economy is being built supply-side only:

• How agents pay — x402 (Coinbase), ~119M transactions on Base, Visa (TAP) and Stripe (ACP) integrated.
• Who agents are — ERC-8004 on-chain identity + reputation, live on Ethereum mainnet since Feb 2026.
• Where agents run — compute DePIN (Bittensor, Render, Aethir, Akash).

Every layer assumes a company-owned agent working for a company. The sovereign demand side — an agent that an individual owns, that the individual's life feeds, that acts in the individual's economic interest — has no home. That is the gap.

2. The category — Self-Sovereign Agent (SSA)

The inevitable next step after Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI).

You have a self-sovereign identity. Velros gives you a self-sovereign agent — owned by you, fed by your life, acting and earning for you.

This creates a new asset class: the life-fed, user-owned context that an agent stakes its reputation and action on — redistributing to individuals the "value of knowledge about you" that Big Tech captures wholesale today.

3. How it works (on the agreed 5-layer stack)

Always-on capture (phone/desktop -> later device)
  -> User-owned personal brain (keys held by the user)

  -> Identity & reputation on ERC-8004, settlement via x402
  -> Value flows back to the user

4. $VEL — not a settlement token (settlement is x402's job)

5. On-device / local AI privacy is rising — matches velros-desktop and the local-provider design.

6. The moat

We avoid every giant-owned lane (payments, compute, launchpads are consumed or ridden, never fought head-on). The moat is the depth of always-on life capture + user-owned context + the compounding habit of daily use. Anuma syncs your ChatGPT settings; Velros absorbs your life and acts on it. 7. Sequencing (responsible launch)

Ship product FIAT-FIRST (chain isolated at L0, settlement in USDC)

• Settlement runs on USDC today (VelrosSettlement, deployed Base Sepolia).
• Launching a token before working utility = an unregistered security + a reputation risk.
• Team tokens must vest with lockups. Korea's Virtual Asset User Protection Act securities-classification review must come first.
• A network that actually turns sells for more than a pump. Substance over narrative — the market is already repricing 2025 narrative tokens on substance (ai16z fell from billions to ~$500k).
